## About

17 years building engineering teams across India's most consequential consumer products\. I'm Head of Engineering at Crew, Swiggy's conversational AI concierge product\. We've built a multi\-agent skills architecture from scratch, built a four\-layer eval framework, and reduced per\-request LLM costs by 70%\. It's the most technically ambitious thing I've worked on\. My career has been about finding leverage at the intersection of engineering depth and product instinct \- at Swiggy across three roles, at Hike Messenger during its peak, at Myntra as e\-commerce was becoming a real thing in India\.
