About

17 years building engineering teams across India's most consequential consumer products. I'm Head of Engineering at Crew, Swiggy's conversational AI concierge product. We've built a multi-agent skills architecture from scratch, built a four-layer eval framework, and reduced per-request LLM costs by 70%. It's the most technically ambitious thing I've worked on. My career has been about finding leverage at the intersection of engineering depth and product instinct - at Swiggy across three roles, at Hike Messenger during its peak, at Myntra as e-commerce was becoming a real thing in India.
