Business & Operations @ Sugar.fit | Building at Ground Zero of India’s Metabolic Health Revolution | ex-Cure.fit | ex-Flipkart

About

India is at the epicenter of a metabolic health crisis. I spend my days building the machine that fights that — the operations behind one of India's largest metabolic health care and diabetes reversal platforms. Leading Business & Operations at Sugar.fit, my work is everything a consumer never sees: getting temperature-sensitive GLP-1 medications across India without breaking the cold chain, structuring pharma and distributor partnerships, building the systems that keep thousands of consumers on track with their health journey, and making sure all of it stays compliant in one of the world's most complex regulatory environments. The path here wasn't obvious. Engineering taught me how to solve problems and a year at ISB taught me how businesses actually work. Flipkart taught me what customer experience looks like at massive scale. Cure.fit pulled me into health — and Sugar.fit turned it into a mission. Passionate about these things: → Building credible solutions to solve for metabolic health in India — GLP-1s, telehealth, and the biggest healthcare opportunity of this decade → The operator's craft — real teardowns of supply chain, automation, and CX problems → Lessons from the journey — hiring, leadership, and building a culture that matters. If you're building in healthcare, want to partner with Sugar.fit, or want to work on problems that matter — my DMs are open.
