## About

Some people inherit playbooks\. I usually end up writing them\. At ShopOS, I’m leading the GTM and revenue function from the ground up \- figuring out where we play, how we win, who we hire, and what needs to become a system before it becomes chaos\. Before this, I've built 3 partner programs from zero, and turned each into a real growth engine of $1M\+\. I enjoy the stage where nothing is fully figured out yet\. The strategy changes on Monday\. The process changes on Tuesday\. And somehow, the number still has to move on Friday\. That’s my kind of problem\.
