Sales & Retention – Acquisition of 100\+ new accounts through competitor mapping and positioning\. Retention of client portfolios worth ₹5Cr\+ through relationship\-led engagement\. 4\. Finance – End\-to\-end P&L ownership, including forecasting, EBITDA tracking, collections, and working knowledge of GST and compliance\. 5\. Events & Partnerships – ₹2Cr\+ generated through events and partnerships by collaborating with brands, hosting senior\-leadership\-led events, and creating high\-impact experiences\. I’m strongest on the ground—connecting strategy to execution, solving real problems, and moving seamlessly across functions\.
