Sales & Retention – Acquisition of 100+ new accounts through competitor mapping and positioning. Retention of client portfolios worth ₹5Cr+ through relationship-led engagement. 4. Finance – End-to-end P&L ownership, including forecasting, EBITDA tracking, collections, and working knowledge of GST and compliance. 5. Events & Partnerships – ₹2Cr+ generated through events and partnerships by collaborating with brands, hosting senior-leadership-led events, and creating high-impact experiences.
