## About

I began my career writing code — first at Wipro, then at Hewlett Packard\. Thirteen years in technology taught me discipline, systems thinking, and how to solve problems at scale\. But I wanted to create impact in a more tangible way — through food\. That’s why in 2012, I founded Briyas Foods in Bengaluru, with a mission to make healthier eating simple, tasty, and affordable\. From a small setup we grew across five cities, creating non\-dairy alternatives that made everyday food better for thousands of families\. But one question stayed with me: How do we solve India’s protein crisis? After a personal health recovery and years of research, I co\-founded Mill’D in 2025 — a protein\-rich atta that looks, feels, and tastes like regular flour but delivers 46g of protein per 100g\. Two Mill’D rotis give the same protein as a full protein shake\. Mill’D is not just a product; it’s a movement — making protein for all possible at household\-affordable prices\. My vision is to transform India’s nutrition story, one roti at a time\. I'm building this in public — sharing the science, the setbacks, and the wins as we go\.
