## About

The world is racing toward electric mobility\. But almost no one is asking what happens to the battery after it dies\. I work at the intersection of that question, building circular supply chains for lithium\-ion battery materials, organizing an industry that has largely operated without structure, and working toward a future where critical minerals like lithium, cobalt, and nickel never leave the supply chain once they enter it\. My work spans the full battery recycling value chain, from sourcing end\-of\-life battery scrap and black mass, to building commercial networks with domestic and international buyers, to conducting R&D in hydrometallurgical processing for high\-purity metal recovery\. Beyond the technical side, I build\. Client networks, supply chain systems, pricing frameworks, and compliance structures from scratch\. I have led fundraising end\-to\-end, scaled teams to 17 members, designed GTM strategies that drove 10x growth, and built franchise models that created new revenue streams within months\. I have also spent time on the other side of the table, evaluating early\-stage startups, conducting due diligence, and understanding what separates businesses that scale from those that stall\. Critical minerals are finite\. Mining is increasingly unsustainable\. Every battery that reaches end\-of\-life is a resource opportunity, not a waste problem\. As India accelerates toward electric mobility, the demand for battery\-grade critical minerals will only grow\. We believe the answer is not more mining\. It is better recycling\.
