Co\-Founder at Slaash, Jun 2023 \- Oct 2023 · 5 mos, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, Slaash was an AI\-based CRO tool for D2C brands\. 97% of their website traffic is anonymous, identifying visitor intent in real\-time seemed like a big opportunity\. Built a PoC, tested it with 6 stores\. Got a pilot customer for our V1, which never went live\. More on www\.slaash\.it Eventually realised that the pathological obsession of a founder to solve a problem is a very important aspect in company building\.

Don't sell what you've built, sell what the customer needs 2\. If upside > downside, prefer speed over perfection\. If downside > upside, prefer perfection over speed 3\. Pick fewer things, and do a great job at them\. The bar of execution goes as high as you take it 4\. Positioning is a part of your product, don't treat them separately 5\. Your product is never the best one, so it’s the job of GTM to keep on iterating the positioning and capture market share so that sales can sell, product can build and one day when you’ll have a superior product, marketing it will become easier than before

Joined YourStory as one of the first PMs \- tinkered with a LOT of ideas on how we can inculcate data and technology in everything that the company does\. Built a couple of internal and consumer facing products from zero to one\.

Go\-to\-Market at Innovaccer, May 2019 \- Jul 2019 · 3 mos, Noida Area, India, SaaS became the talk of the town when I was in my third year of college, and I was fortunate enough to land an internship in one of the best marketing teams amongst India\-based SaaS startups\. Worked closely with the Director of Marketing \- explored the world of Mark\. Ops\. & Brand Marketing\. The lovely folks at Innovaccer extended me a full\-time offer and I was thrilled to be joining them as a full\-time employee, but life had something else in store for me XD
