Director of Engineering at Dream11 | Building for Scale | Distributed Sytems

About

I’m a Director of Engineering with experience leading multi-team backend and frontend organizations to deliver scalable, reliable, and customer-impacting products. I focus on building high-performing engineering orgs by combining strong technical judgment with clear execution, thoughtful org design, and a culture of ownership. I work closely with Product, Design, and Business leaders to translate strategy into predictable delivery and measurable outcomes. With a background in distributed systems and platform engineering, I guide architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability—while empowering engineering managers and tech leads to own execution.
