## About

I lead HR and people strategy for a 150–200 person organization at Citadel Propcon\. Over the years, I've moved past individual HR functions into owning the whole picture — how we organize, how we grow talent, how we build a culture that scales with the business\. I report into leadership directly, and I treat HR as a business function that shapes outcomes, not a support desk that processes requests\. My scope covers people strategy, organizational design, performance and talent systems, and employer brand : including the marketing and content work behind it, from SEO to our LinkedIn and Instagram presence\. I own both deliberately\. Most HR leaders don't touch brand\. I do, because they're the same problem: how people experience this company, whether they work here or are deciding whether to\. I focus on: people strategy, organizational development, performance and talent systems, employee relations, HR operations at scale, and employer brand\.
