## About

I believe careers grow when people get the right opportunity, the right guidance and the right people around them\. I’m building RYK Consulting Group with a simple purpose — to help CA, CMA and finance professionals and students discover better opportunities, learn, connect and grow\. Over time, I want to build more than a recruitment and consulting business\. I’m working towards building an AI\-powered hiring & placement intelligence platform that can make hiring easier for companies and help create better career opportunities for finance professionals\. As a mentor and community builder, I enjoy connecting with people, sharing opportunities, helping candidates understand the market and supporting professionals in their career journey\. For me, business is not only about revenue\. It is also about the people we help, the opportunities we create and the trust we build along the way\. I’m still learning, still building and still meeting amazing people every day\. If you are a CA, CMA, finance professional, student, founder, recruiter or someone working on something interesting — I’d be happy to connect\. Let’s learn, help and grow together\. 🤝 Building with purpose\. Growing with people\. 🚀 👥 LinkedIn Community: https://www\.linkedin\.com/groups/39959000 📲 WhatsApp Community: https://whatsapp\.com/channel/0029VbDLv5t9RZAdKRRsrF2E Founder – RYK Consulting Group Building an AI\-Powered Hiring Platform Mentor \| Community Builder
