About

Employee Engagement Manager | Culture Champion | Data-Driven People Whisperer Hey there! 👋 I’m the one who makes sure work feels less like, well, work—and more like a place where people thrive, grow, and love what they do. With a career spanning people operations, recruitment, tech, and non-profit leadership, I’ve found my sweet spot at the intersection of data, people, and culture-building. As the Employee Engagement Manager at Appsmith, I’m all about creating magic behind the scenes. Whether it’s diving deep into data to understand what makes our team tick, crafting coaching strategies that help people level up in their careers, or orchestrating global offsites in dream locations (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds!), I keep the heart of the company beating strong. What do I do, exactly? I analyze qualitative insights to keep a pulse on company health, drive engagement, and help our people stay connected to our vision. I’m the go-to person for onboarding and offboarding, maintaining ESOP data and coordinating with payroll. From solving people-related puzzles to organizing week-long offsites, I ensure everything runs like a well-oiled, people-first machine. What I’m known for: 1. Turning people data into actionable insights 2. Leading seamless onboarding experiences that leave a lasting first impression 3. Bringing the “wow” factor to events, whether it’s a company anniversary or an epic offsite 4. Creating an inclusive, fun, and high-performance workplace 5. Being the ultimate problem-solver for any people-related challenge Before Appsmith, my journey was filled with diverse roles that shaped my leadership style: At Tophire, as an Account Manager, I managed recruitment for 21 clients, from seed-stage startups to large-scale enterprises. I built optimized recruitment strategies, and helped clients scale efficiently. My time with Teach for India was life-changing. As a Fellow, I led 112 students, working closely with teachers, parents, and the community. This two-year leadership journey allowed me to teach, mentor, and manage projects ranging from school initiatives to community-wide efforts. I also served as School Team Leader and Fellow Advisor, focusing on educational impact and social change. It taught me resilience, empathy, and the power of transformative leadership. I started my career at Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer. I contributed to the automation and testing of automotive products for multinational clients, specializing in streamlining processes and optimizing performance. Let's connect and talk people 😀
