Here's what I believe: The next decade belongs to leaders who can think across three dimensions at once — business strategy, technology depth, and human\-centred design\. Not one\. All three\. Simultaneously\. I've spent my career proving this thesis\. As a designer, I learned that Design thinking & empathy is a strategic weapon\. As a UX leader at enterprise scale, I learned that experience is a business metric\. As a founder, I learned that the best technology means nothing if it doesn't solve a real problem elegantly\. Today I apply this thinking across three companies: VectorStack \- builds AI solutions for enterprises\. Stampsize \- combines creative expertise with AI for D2C brands\. Quantifin \- digitising cooperative banking for thousands of societies across India\. I also consult for companies where marketing is bleeding money, technology is underperforming, or the gap between what they build and what customers experience has become a liability\.
