I am a product leader with over seven years of experience building scalable consumer products from zero to one. My expertise lies in fintech, commerce, and growth, with a proven track record of transforming complex infrastructure into high-performing, user-centric systems. Most recently, as a founding PM at FirstClub, I built and scaled the consumer product organization, achieving significant GMV growth within a year. Head of Consumer Products at FirstClub Technology Private Limited, Feb 2025 - May 2026 · 1 yr 4 mos, Bengaluru, • Joined as founding PM with no product, team, or systems; designed the entire app with a design agency and shipped in 3 months, growing GMV from zero to ₹XX Cr/month (X Lakh+ orders per month) within 1 year of launch. • Built a 7 member PM team. • Built & rebuilt everything from acquisition, cart, catalogue, payments, subscription, browse, search, pricing, offers & freebies and everything else consumer facing. • Figured out how search works. Product manager 3 at Groww, India, Aug 2023 - Feb 2025 · 1 yr 7 mos, Bengaluru, Made the best Mutual Funds platform in the country even better! • Improved the customer experience by getting our customers to onboard onto UPI autopay. Making it the default way of investing - Increased conversions, monthly SIP inflows and NPS on the way. • Reduced redeem order rejections by almost 90% which was a major detractor for the company. This required major system re-archs. Great fun. • Enabled pledging of Mutual funds by getting users to convert their portfolio into demat. Led to our customers being able to pledge and get extra margin for trading. • Improved mutual funds screener which is one of the highest used properties to find the right mutual funds.
