Most companies don't need another platform. They need the work to actually get done. We build AI agents on Salesforce and WhatsApp — the two systems where customer conversations already happen. Not pilots, not proofs of concept. Agents that carry real volume in production, usually shipped in weeks rather than quarters. Over two decades I've helped 40+ companies build and scale digital products, platforms and processes. Today that work is concentrated in travel, hospitality and education across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK and South Africa — businesses that tend to reach us after a large integrator has quoted a year and a number with too many zeros. What I've learned building these: • The bottleneck is almost never the model. It's the process nobody wrote down. • An agent that handles 60% of conversations well beats one attempting 100% badly. • WhatsApp is the most underrated enterprise channel in Europe — most teams still treat it as consumer-only. • Clarity beats complexity. Always. • Speed is a strategy, but only when paired with systems. My operating principle: first-principles thinking + high-agency people = compounding results.
