Acting as main strategy and operating officer, Nitin assisted executive director of the company. He formed a new business line (Data analysis) and recognized an opportunity of earning revenue through design team, so he converted this support unit into a revenue generating unit. He led the product development of live session recording of work from home tutors
He was also leading 3 businesses, whose combined revenue grew by 55% and bottom line turned green (50L) from red. Revenue of one of the business lines grew by 200% and productivity of online tutoring business increased to 95% from 80%. He was leading a team of 75 people.
He introduced profitability calculation at project level to have better visibility and control on profit and cost. He also implemented succession planing at every level of the organization to make a small organization function properly irrespective of changes in the team. He was also involved in business strategy creation and implementation, business operations, business development, sales and account management, Finance and Human Resource management.
