## About

I’ve been a generalist throughout my journey, from supply chain → agritech → fintech, until I found what truly excites me: building and scaling products\. Each phase shaped how I think today: \- A strong product and design sense \- Deep empathy for user problems \- The ability to create product strategy and align stakeholders On the product side, one thing I’ve consistently focused on is adoption and activation; that’s where products either win or die\. A few principles I operate on: Think from first principles, continuously learn, unlearn, and adapt, focus on impact, not just output At BharatNXT, I’m now applying all of this to solve for business payments and financial workflows for SMBs building products that don’t just function, but actually get adopted at scale\. I've founded Aarya Ventures, where I had the opportunity to build from 0 → 1, scaling revenue from zero to ₹1 crore within a year through focused execution and strategic partnerships\. And somewhere along the journey, a book stayed with me: “The Alchemist\.” It shaped my curiosity, pushed me to keep exploring, and reminded me to stay ambitious while enjoying the process of building\. To strategize this vision, built QubePay that leverages UPI and enable users to pay at any healthcare services in India\. I own & execute the product roadmap & strategy for 2 products \(QubeCash \(PL\) & QubePay\)\. Redesigned and revamped the loan journey that increased the conversion from 7% to 65%\. This reduced the loan journey completion time from 20 mins to 5 mins\. Scaling referral now to grow unique users and GTV\.

Apollo is solving 'capital for lending' along with that we offer loan\-related APIs and loan management systems \(Sonic\) as SaaS\. The role offers me an opportunity to understand and involve in the backend operations of fintech, credit underwriting, and crucial data points for giving a loan\. What I love doing here is configuring digital lending products such as Personal Loan, Micro Loan, Consumer Loans, Line of Credit, and customizing credit rule engines\. Also, we have recently launched and monetized our CKYC APIs in the market\.

Co\-Founder of USA Gold Humate at Aarya Ventures at USA Gold Humate, Apr 2018 \- Mar 2023 · 5 yrs, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, AV \(Aarya Ventures\) is established to promote organic farming by manufacturing world\-class organic fertilizers for farmers\. I have built the company from zero to one\. Developed & executed growth strategies and collaborations that scaled the organization’s revenue from zero to 1 core in 3 years\. Also established a D2C business model along with B2B2C which later contributed 40% of the total sales of the company\. To enable the D2C presence I built a full\-fledged e\-commerce website and ensured the retention of users\. In this role, I was leading the setup of a production unit, distribution channels, and product placement\. Moreover to reduce cost I had to optimize production, supply chain & distribution, and that reduced cost by 20%\. During these years we have successfully developed & launched 5 products based on user research\.
