Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Services professional with over 16 years of experience delivering large-scale Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Airport, Industrial, Mixed-Use Development, and Data Center projects. Experienced in cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, value engineering, cost control, procurement support, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction and post-construction phases, with strong capabilities in cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, value engineering, tendering and procurement, contract administration, project controls, change management, claims management, and commercial governance. I have successfully managed project budgets exceeding USD 50 million and led multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within defined cost, time, and quality parameters. Currently, I am working as a Senior Team Leader with Turner Technical Services, where I lead a team of around 40 professionals supporting Turner’s U.S. project teams. In this role, I am responsible for resource planning, team leadership, quality control, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of pre-construction and post-construction engineering and commercial support services. I also gained international experience while supporting the delivery of a 33 MW Data Center project in Columbus, Ohio, USA, as a Project Engineer (Electrical). In this role, I was involved in trade partner coordination, scope development, bid evaluation, change order management, EOT claim assessment, and ensuring project schedule compliance. This exposure strengthened my understanding of mission-critical data center delivery and global construction standards. One of my key strengths is bridging the gap between technical execution, commercial strategy, and project delivery, enabling effective collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. I am highly focused on cost optimization, risk management, and driving successful project outcomes through structured planning and strong stakeholder engagement.
