I help developer-first companies grow communities that actually build, not just follow. For over five years, I’ve worked across Developer Relations, developer growth, open source, and technical content helping AI and developer-tool startups turn complex products into stories, experiences, and communities that developers care about. My approach is builder-first and community-rooted. I focus on genuine participation, meaningful contributions, and measurable product growth not vanity metrics. Currently, I lead Developer Growth at AgentR, working across DevRel strategy, developer acquisition, open-source growth, technical content, community programs, partnerships, hackathons, and developer events. I’m also the founder of Social Summer of Code (SSoC) and Social Winter of Code (SWoC), open-source programs that have brought together a community of 50,000+ developers, contributors, mentors, and maintainers worldwide. Building these programs from the ground up taught me how to design contributor journeys, activate developer communities, recruit mentors and maintainers, and create momentum that keeps people building. Previously, I’ve worked with AI and developer-tool companies including Drizz, Steadwing, Quira, Entelligence AI, and Endless Domains. My work has covered technical content, developer education, SEO strategy, competitive benchmarks, GitHub growth campaigns, social media, community programs, and developer marketing that respects the audience’s intelligence. I also host the Charcha Chain Podcast, where I explore builder stories and onchain culture. I’ve delivered 50+ talks, workshops, and product demos at developer events across India. I’m equally comfortable writing an in-depth technical article, designing a DevRel strategy, running a hackathon, growing an open-source community, or quickly building a tool to solve a real problem. I hold a postgraduate qualification in Applied AI and Agentic AI from IIIT Bangalore and a PGPM from Great Lakes. I continue to stay hands-on across the AI, developer tooling, and open-source ecosystems.
