I have spent the better part of my career bringing them into a single operating view, and a lot less goes wrong when you do\. At Invisia Software, I hold board\-level governance responsibility together with direct executive accountability for technology direction, product strategy, AI enablement, and organizational capability\. The person setting investment priorities, deciding what gets built, and aligning execution to that direction is the same person\. Fewer handoffs\. Fewer surprises late in the cycle\. AI receives the same discipline\. It earns a place in the roadmap when it creates measurable business value, not because it is trending\.
