## About

I build and scale consumer and B2B products at the intersection of game design, growth, and monetization \- especially in environments where trust, economics, and execution matter as much as the product itself\. I’m the Co\-Founder of Toast, building real\-time PvP skill games for the iGaming ecosystem \(B2B integrations \+ our own consumer experiences\)\. Our focus is on solving the hardest parts of the category: liquidity, fair matchmaking, retention loops, and scalable operations\. Previously, I led product at MPL, where I managed teams across geographies and helped grow a new games vertical from \~1% to \~30% of ARR, launching 10\+ titles and driving 20%\+ ROAS improvements via marketing\-tech initiatives\. Before that, at Kayzen, I built products and ML\-driven systems for programmatic growth, including privacy\-era adaptation \(ATT/SKAdNetwork\) and anti\-fraud efforts that reduced platform CPI by 15–20%\. I’m drawn to problems that require clear decisions, strong teams, and measurable outcomes \- and I enjoy working with operators/partners who want to build long\-term, not just ship fast\.
