22 of 50 clinics never picked up when I called as a patient\. I'm building the AI that does — and filming the whole attempt\. I'm the co\-founder & CTO behind CellAssist: a voice AI that answers clinic phones in 20\+ Indian languages, books the appointment in \~40 seconds, and confirms on WhatsApp\. Live in 54\+ clinics across Bengaluru, Pune and Delhi\. 6,000\+ real patient calls in\. No\-shows cut from 28% to 8% at one centre\. Mission 100 Clinics is the public part: every Thursday on YouTube I document the road from 54 to 100 — real calls \(consented & anonymised\), real doctors, a scoreboard that includes the failures\.
