I’m an Enterprise Data & Analytics leader with 19\+ years of experience across Retail, Banking & Financial Services, and Global Capability Center environments, leading data engineering, cloud modernization, governance, analytics, data quality and AI\-enabled data capabilities\. In my current role at Best Buy India, I lead Customer Journey & Experience Data, shaping the data strategy, engineering and governance foundation across web and mobile customer journeys\. My work spans enterprise data products, near\-real\-time event analytics, data contracts, metadata, lineage, observability and trusted business metrics including orders, revenue and conversion\. Previously at Deutsche Bank, I led GCP\-based data platform modernization for International Private Banking, covering BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub and GCS, along with data quality, reconciliation, regulatory controls and Anti\-Financial Crime use cases including Transaction Monitoring, risk scoring and Name Screening\.
