Systems don’t fail in clean ways. They fail under load, partial outages, bad retries, and unpredictable user behavior. That’s the environment I’ve been working in. At OLA: ONDC food & grocery ordering systems → 50K+ orders/day OLA Driver App (Mobility) → 3.5M+ drivers I’ve worked on problems where: Failures were happening at scale (45K/day → <5/day) Systems needed to handle 200K+ updates/min in real time Shifted driver communication from unicast → broadcast, improving booking rates and system efficiency Abuse impacted core mobility flows (1.2K/day fraudulent booking accepts → 0) Infrastructure moved without downtime (AWS → KCS) The work spans frontend and backend, but the focus is consistent: Systems that stay reliable under pressure Real-time behavior where latency matters Designing for failure, not just success Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, React, Java, Spring Boot, Redis, SQL, Kafka, Cloudflare, Supabase, AWS, Docker I don’t optimize for ideal conditions — I build for when systems are stressed.
