I build hiring engines for AI, SaaS and FinTech startups. I've built teams from zero, launched hiring for new business lines, and run India recruiting solo, end to end. Most startups don't have a hiring problem. They have a hiring-system problem: slow, reactive and unmeasured. The first hires decide whether a company scales or stalls.
