I’ve worked closely with founders and senior leadership teams in a pan-India setup, supporting initiatives across multiple cities and functions. My experience spans the full business lifecycle, with hands-on ownership across functions: 1. People & Culture – End-to-end hiring and people operations across departments with 100+ hires completed, alongside candidate and internal experience design, and driving inclusion and DEI initiatives across a pan-India setup. 2. Community – Ownership of a 5,000+ member community as a single point of contact, focused on engagement, consistency, and long-term relationship building. 3. Sales & Retention – Acquisition of 100+ new accounts through competitor mapping and positioning. Retention of client portfolios worth ₹5Cr+ through relationship-led engagement. 4. Finance – End-to-end P&L ownership, including forecasting, EBITDA tracking, collections, and working knowledge of GST and compliance. 5. Events & Partnerships – ₹2Cr+ generated through events and partnerships by collaborating with brands, hosting senior-leadership-led events, and creating high-impact experiences. I’m strongest on the ground—connecting strategy to execution, solving real problems, and moving seamlessly across functions.
