A decade-long run as Co-founder and CTO at HealthifyMe ($145M in total funding). Engineered a tech stack built around Python, Node.js, MySQL, AWS, and modern DevOps pipelines, including mobile apps on Android and iOS. Maintained 99.9% uptime with pace of 5+ daily deployment. Scaled the product from zero to more than 350K DAUs across 8 countries While, I take pleasure in building, managing, growing and retaining high performant engineering teams, leading from the front, I am also love to be close to product and customers. My largest flex at my startup was that my personal phone number was the customer dedressal number.

I adviced them from building team, to helping tech processes, to advising them on architecture and also coding/co-building the systems. These include companies from various domains like lead generation product, AI based customer booking product, AI based english learning app, teaching & upskilling company and AI loan collection product. This gave me wide exposure to various teams, technologies and domains. One of the biggest experienced I gained here was how companies were adopting AI in their workflow - coding, product management, sales, marketing etc.

In my exporation of finding next gig, I travelled across the world meeting profit making businesses. One of the best memories in this journey was travelling to Lima, Peru and working with a Silver Mining company and propose and prototype an AI lead ERP. Learnt broken spanish, learnt about Peruvian labour law, tax law, culture and had fun of a life time.

I looked at the product & organization as a whole - and was involved in looking at customer support, working with design, tech, product and HR. As a CTO, I was technically hands on from day one to the day I left. I loved building team from ground up, and that is one of my most cherished achievement. Never ending lessons learng, I will not have space to write them here, but my Flex/Brag was: My personal phone number was put as the customer redressal officer. I used to get 3-4 calls a week, customers complaining, and I used to love listenting to them and fixing their issues.
