I spent over a decade in fashion and retail watching brands predict demand, produce at scale, and discount what didn’t sell. The issue was never just inventory. It was standardization. At Drucks, we’re building a different system. Every pair starts with your foot geometry and is 3D printed to match it. No molds. No standard sizes. No inventory. The future of footwear will not be standardized. We’re building for that future.
