Trained as a doctor at AIIMS Jodhpur, but the biggest lesson the hospital taught me was this: Healthcare runs on nurses. India has one of the world’s largest nursing workforces, yet millions of nurses struggle with fragmented education and limited access to career opportunities. At the same time, global demand for skilled nurses is rising rapidly. We built NPrep to bridge this gap. NPrep is an AI-powered career advancement platform helping nurses prepare for competitive exams, strengthen clinical knowledge, and access high-value healthcare opportunities in India and globally. Today the platform is used by 200,000+ nurses, with millions of minutes of learning and tens of millions of questions answered. Our mission is simple: Empower the global healthcare workforce through better education.
