Here's what I believe: The next decade belongs to leaders who can think across three dimensions at once — business strategy, technology depth, and human-centred design. Not one. All three. Simultaneously. I've spent my career proving this thesis. As a designer, I learned that Design thinking & empathy is a strategic weapon. As a UX leader at enterprise scale, I learned that experience is a business metric. As a founder, I learned that the best technology means nothing if it doesn't solve a real problem elegantly. Today I apply this thinking across three companies: VectorStack - builds AI solutions for enterprises. Stampsize - combines creative expertise with AI for D2C brands. Quantifin - digitising cooperative banking for thousands of societies across India. I also consult for companies where marketing is bleeding money, technology is underperforming, or the gap between what they build and what customers experience has become a liability.
