I build organizations, platforms, and capabilities that create lasting business value at scale. Over a 25-year career spanning Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Amazon Web Services, and LeadSquared, I have led large-scale engineering transformations in some of the most demanding domains in technology — financial services, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS. At Goldman Sachs, I built the GSAM technology organization from the ground up and led flagship platforms including the Advisor Portal, Sentinel compliance engine, and Benchmark Analytics System — solutions that redefined how wealth managers operate at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of users and driving measurable cost and efficiency outcomes. At AWS, I scaled one of the company’s top-five revenue-generating services globally, expanding its footprint across 23 regions and delivering mission-critical search infrastructure to banks, enterprises, and hyperscalers worldwide. Today, as VP of Engineering at LeadSquared, I lead global engineering and professional services organization across five product lines, serving 2,500+ enterprise customers across BFSI, EV, education, and beyond. My focus is on building engineering cultures that are customer-obsessed, execution-driven, and built to scale. I bring a rare combination of financial domain depth — investment guidelines, compliance, portfolio analytics — and technology breadth across distributed systems, cloud, AI/ML, and data platforms. I am an IIT Delhi alumnus, hold an Advanced Financial Risk Management credential from IIM Bangalore, and have completed CFA Level 2.
