Over the past two years at Smollan, I’ve grown from managing field operations as a trainee to leading full retail execution as Field Manager for the Castrol Oil business — handling from Manning, Execution and Activation to Secondary and Primary Sales and team training. What drives me is the mix of ground-level sales work and the data side of it: spotting patterns in performance numbers and turning them into decisions that actually move volume. Currently pursuing IIM Calcutta’s General Management program to sharpen strategic thinking, and ready to where I can keep bridging field execution with analytics to drive real business growth.
