Every industry that learned to scale learned the same lesson first: put the expertise in the system, not the individual. Then a new hire performs like a veteran, and a good day becomes every day. Manufacturing is one of the few industries still waiting for that. That's what I'm building at Monoedge Systems. What I'm good at is finding the structural part of a messy problem and building the system that holds it. What I care about is the plants nobody builds for, the ones in industrial towns that make what this country runs on, and buy software last.
