I was trained to become a doctor. But during my time at AIIMS Jodhpur, I saw something that stayed with me, the people who form the backbone of healthcare often have the least access to opportunity. Nurses. India produces hundreds of thousands of nurses every year, yet access to quality preparation, career guidance, and global opportunities remains fragmented and unequal. That realization led me to co-found NPrep. NPrep is an AI-powered career mobility platform helping nurses prepare for competitive exams and unlock higher-paying healthcare opportunities in India and around the world. Through personalized learning pathways, 1,400+ hours of video content, and AI-driven feedback, we aim to make high-quality preparation accessible to every nurse. Today, more than 100,000 nurses use NPrep, with over 31 million questions answered and millions of minutes of learning consumed on the platform. Our mission is simple: Heal the world of healers.
