I currently work at Rosenberger in a global, cross-functional role, where my focus is on process excellence, digital transformation, and AI-driven improvement initiatives across the organization. I support three key functions: • Global Quality Management Planning – designing and standardising processes, improving governance, and automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and transparency. • Global QM Preventive Action Team (QM-PAT) – supporting APIS software usage and process development to strengthen preventive quality management across the team. • Global Production Network – facilitating AI use cases that address real operational challenges in manufacturing, quality, and operations. Previously, I spent three years at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. as a Territory Manager – Customer Experience & Service, where I worked closely with channel partners to improve business performance, financial outcomes, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. I began my career as a Product Development Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in rubber compounding and robotics, which built a strong engineering foundation for my current transformation-focused work. I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from MKSSS’s Cummins College of Engineering for Women, Pune, and I have been actively involved with NGOs contributing to social impact initiatives.
