The Cyborg Mindset Program™ is where I study what happens to judgment, learning, and decision-making when AI becomes embedded in everyday work. I work with founders and leadership teams on adoption that sticks: * decision-making with AI (without outsourcing thinking) * writing & communication that stays crisp and human * building repeatable team habits (prompts, reviews, standards) Typical outputs: workflows, playbooks, and training sprints that turn “AI interest” into daily behavior. Core question I keep coming back to: When answers are instant, what becomes the new proof of understanding? Website: https://cyborgmind.ai
Yzerly
May 20233 yrs 6 mosPresent

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Yzerly was built to solve a simple problem: most workplace language training improves knowledge, not outcomes. I was involved early in shaping the product, learning approach, and positioning, and helped build the foundations of the business. As the company matured, my role shifted away from day-to-day execution. Today, I advise the founding team on business direction, program evolution, and how AI is being introduced into learning and internal workflows — while staying out of operational ownership.

English For India was founded to address a gap I’d seen repeatedly: people knew English, but struggled to use it effectively at work. I helped build the company in its early years — shaping what “practical communication” means, and translating it into programs and standards that scale. As the organization grew, I stepped back from operations and now advise the team on business decisions, learning direction, and the thoughtful use of AI in training and delivery. Always open to thoughtful conversations around building learning businesses.

CrackVerbal is where I’ve spent years watching how people learn under pressure — and why “smart” doesn’t always translate to performance. My work here shaped the lens I write about today: * how feedback loops build real competence * how reasoning beats memorization (especially when shortcuts exist) * how communication clarity changes outcomes in high-stakes settings It’s also where I first saw the pattern that AI is amplifying now: when effort drops, understanding doesn’t automatically rise — unless the system rewards judgment. CrackVerbal started as a side project while I was working full-time in corporate roles. Before there was a company, there were weekend classes, long forum threads, and a simple question I kept testing in public: why do smart test-takers struggle so much with Verbal? I began by teaching small, in-person groups—often for free—then moved to paid bootcamps once it was clear that structured feedback changed outcomes. This phase was about experimentation: breaking verbal reasoning down into methods people could actually apply under pressure. Those early years helped me validate three things early: * there was real demand beyond “tips and tricks” * verbal ability could be taught systematically, not intuitively * learning improves when effort is directed, not just increased The frameworks and feedback loops built during this period became the foundation for what Crackverbal later scaled into a full-time business.

Cyborg Mindset | Helping founders & leaders use AI to think better, decide smarter & communicate with impact

About

Most conversations about AI focus on tools. I’m more interested in what happens to human judgment once those tools are everywhere. Before AI, I spent two decades building learning businesses and teaching people to think under pressure—when effort was unavoidable and understanding had to be earned. That gave me a clear baseline for what real competence looks like. AI doesn’t just change how fast we work. It changes how we think, decide, learn, and explain. My work sits at that intersection: * how people reason when answers are instant * how teams use AI without outsourcing thinking * how learning changes when competence is cheap but judgment isn’t I write and speak from lived experience—classrooms, founder rooms, leadership offsites—not from demos or theory. If you’re interested in AI beyond the hype—and in preserving clear thinking in the process—you’ll find this useful.
