Manage the product team to ensure systematic product development using agile methodology via scrum, preparing PRDs, writing user stories, creating wireframes, defining and monitoring key product metrics, facilitating UAT, conducting product demos and trainings. Key accomplishments: -Conceptualized and delivered a working prototype of the product with minimal resources in a record time of ~8 weeks. -Successfully built the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from scratch and launched the product within a timeframe of 14 months with an overall coverage of 80% for transaction types and 72% for asset classes. The coverage was sufficient for at least ~85% of the use cases by AUM for 100% of the clients. Built native support for cryptocurrencies (along with crypto derivatives) making Trinity one of the first UBOR systems globally to do so. -Scaled the product horizontally and increased the enterprise client base from 1 to 15 in a period of ~1.5 years while keeping the incremental cost per additional client < 1%. -Designed low fidelity UI mock-ups (wireframes) for the proposed real time PNL interface. It helped the firm and the product to break into a new customer segment: the front office trading technology space.
