I am building the next wave of AI driven autonomy in software delivery, focused on making autonomy safe and explainable for enterprise environments. After more than a decade leading product and engineering across large scale gaming, cloud platforms, and regulated banking and fintech, I have seen what actually breaks as systems and teams grow. Not the technology, but the way work is planned, coordinated, and executed. I have taken products from zero to scale, built and led high performing teams, and delivered secure and compliant systems in environments where reliability and trust are non negotiable. Those experiences shaped a clear point of view on execution, ownership, and how to build software that holds up in the real world. Today I am applying that experience to an early stage AI initiative focused on rethinking how software is planned, built, and delivered as autonomy becomes unavoidable. The goal is not to maximize autonomy, but to make it safe, explainable, and deployable in enterprise environments where institutional trust matters. If you care deeply about building real systems, leading with clarity, and shaping the future of product and engineering, I am always open to connecting with engineers, leaders, builders, and founders who think the same way.

Founder at REM Labs, Dec 2025 - Present · 10 mos, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, Building an AI-native autonomous engineering system for enterprises where velocity, risk, compliance, and accountability must coexist. REM enables end-to-end software delivery from intent to production while preserving institutional trust. The system is designed to operate safely inside real organizations by maintaining shared context, enforcing governance, and recording decisions across the software lifecycle. This work is informed by years of leading large engineering systems in environments where reliability, security, and oversight are not optional. Currently focused on design partnerships and assembling a founding engineering nucleus.
