## About

I currently work at 2070 Health \- a venture studio building the next generation of patient\-centric health companies\. My work involves collaborating with portfolio companies to help them build robust products in their march towards PMF and scale\. Before this, I worked in two sectors I care deeply about: education and gaming\. Healthcare was a natural progression — education and healthcare are strikingly similar, and gaming taught me how to build experiences people actually want to use\. That's what I'm here to bring\. I've operated across the full spectrum — founding teams to large enterprises\. I care about strategy, but I worry more about execution\.

SVP, Product at The Narayana Group, Dec 2021 \- Feb 2024 · 2 yrs 3 mos, Bengaluru, Established the Narayana group’s digital business, now a core growth driver for the group\. Partnered with the board and family leadership to secure a ₹120 Cr investment; built & managed the org, products, and business model from the ground up\. In a short stint, built the product team and led key feature rollouts to ensure alignment with the new policy and seamless adoption across schools\. Scaled to a INR 5Cr profitable P&L \(while teaching to stay close to users\) \-\- Expanded operations across Maharashtra, MP, and Rajasthan, driving partnerships with schools, implementation of the product, and teacher training\. \-\- Scaled the regional business to a ₹5 Cr profitable P&L in 3 years, directly linking product outcomes to business growth\. \-\- Personally taught classrooms and recorded learning videos — bringing first\-hand user insight into product design\.

Founding PM at Avanti Learning Centres, Apr 2013 \- Mar 2015 · 2 yrs, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Joined as employee \#4 to build Avanti’s product stack from scratch\. Built early ed\-tech products for schools at a time when “classroom tech” barely existed in India\. \-\-Shipped Avanti’s first digital products for schools — a content management system \(CMS\) for creators to create structured content and a learning management platform \(LMS\) enabling teachers to create adaptive lesson plans and track student progress\. \-\-Designed for the realities of Indian classrooms — low infrastructure, high student loads — making the product one of the first successful in\-school ed\-tech deployments in the country
