# Anuj S\. on Tal

## Headline

Head of Product & Technology \| Ex\-Nykaa, ClickPost, Housing

## About

I build products that move fast, scale cleanly, and actually solve problems\. Across Nykaa, MediBuddy, Housing\.com, and Clickpost, I’ve taken platforms from 0→1, fixed broken post\-order experiences, scaled ops\-heavy systems, and built product teams that know how to execute\. At Trampoline, I lead Product & Tech \- rebuilding how home brands sell online\. We’re building a modern commerce stack: high\-performing Shopify \+ headless foundations, multi\-channel tooling, and a platform that cuts out chaos for brands that want to scale without burning teams out\. My core strengths: • Turning ambiguous problems into scalable systems • Shipping fast without breaking fundamentals • Elevating cross\-functional execution \(product \+ tech \+ ops\) • Building teams that value ownership, clarity, and pace Hiring PMs, Backend Engineers, and Shopify Developers who care about outcomes, not ticket counts\. If you’re building something interesting or want to jam on product, tech, or scaling \- I’m around\.

## Profile highlights

What I'm currently working on: rebuilding the commerce stack for home brands by pairing shopify with headless tech to cut out the operational chaos of scaling online\.

I'm the person in every team who…: will understand the business and platform in depth before jumping to a roadmap, I am a builder than being just an orchestrator
