## About

Product leader building agentic and conversational AI — chat and voice — for enterprise\. I currently lead product at LimeChat, where I built the enterprise vertical from the ground up and ship the AI capabilities that make large, complex deployments actually work in production\. \~13 years in product, the last several as a leader, with 0\-to\-1 and scaling work across AI, fintech, and SME SaaS\. I started as a software engineer, and that foundation still shapes how I work: I go deep with AI/ML teams on the hard parts — RAG quality, latency, multilingual NLP, multi\-agent orchestration, evaluation — not just the roadmap\. I care most about hard product problems where the technology is still being figured out, and about turning fast\-moving model capability into products enterprises can trust\.
