## About

👋 Hey there, my name is Ananya and I’m not your usual recruiter\. I’m an engineering student turned recruiter, or as I like to call myself, "the notjustrecruiter recruiter"\. 🎓 My journey began while I was still in college, where I was passionate about building a strong student community\. I strived to provide training and opportunities in various domains to help students leverage their career\. 💻 As a freelancer, I worked with several organizations to expand and strengthen my community, before joining ShareChat and CRED\. At both these companies, I worked in tech recruitment while also leading a team\. 🚀 I have been part of the 1% Club\. I joined from the ground up and helped set up the organizational structure and now currently setting early stage companies\. 👀 Want to know what it’s like to have a recruiter who’s been in your shoes? Let’s connect and chat about your next career move\.
