In my current role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Digantara, I lead efforts to identify and cultivate top talent in the rapidly evolving space-tech sector. This role reflects my ongoing commitment to building high-impact teams and supporting individuals who drive transformative change—an area where I find both purpose and challenge. Previously, I served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Central Square Foundation, where I intentionally refocused on talent acquisition. This pivot complemented my earlier experience in product management, allowing me to bring a systems-thinking approach to human resources and deepen my understanding of how mission-aligned talent fuels innovation. Earlier in my career at The/Nudge Institute, I worked as an Associate Product Manager, designing and implementing solutions aimed at ending poverty in India. I contributed to initiatives like Asha Kiran, where I applied behavioral science and tech to empower rural women and supported field execution in collaboration with grassroots partners. I was also a founding member of The/Nudge Forum, helping deliver the inaugural in-person Charcha—a convening of leaders across livelihoods, technology, policy, and business. Blending product thinking with talent strategy, my career has been rooted in a commitment to meaningful impact and continuous learning. I bring a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to organizations working to solve complex problems at scale.
