I lead all of the engineering efforts for teachers vertical at Jio Embibe, with ultimate responsibility for Architecture, Development, Product Delivery, Engineering Infrastructure, Engineering P&L, and Personnel. Few highlights : - Scaled engineering team from 5 people to 40+, including SDEIII's and EM's, recruited and led a world-class software engineering team of professionals, mentoring their professional development through personal and performance management. - Capacity planning and scaled systems for 20x and 100x loads. - Increased team velocity to ship features by 50%. - Helped scale revenue from less than a million ARR to multi million. - Scaled user base to multi million daily active users.(DAUs) - Increased Daily usage of the product by more than 9x, by introducing stability and delivering product features on time. - Provide engineering leadership in planning for and delivering product release efforts for Teacher Platform for Embibe. - Mentor, coach and manage a team of software developers, product managers and team leads. - Architected Product platform components to scale to 100000 teachers with minimal latency and dynamic schema.
