## About

₹400Cr\+ GMV\. 40% CAC reduction\. 9 years of building things that actually work\. I build products that move business metrics, not just ship features\. Currently at ShopDeck, building AI\-first product experiences for D2C brands\. Before this, 6\.5 years at Cars24 owning the entire top of funnel from traffic to conversion to reducing CAC\. What I've shipped: → Top\-of\-funnel product for a ₹400Cr\+ GMV/month business \| 40% CAC reduction through funnel experimentation and cross\-channel optimisation → 0→1 value\-added services \(warranty, insurance, challan check\) generating ₹5Cr\+/month in new revenue → Home Inspection : Launched and scaled to 2X target business volume → Dealer onboarding TAT: 1 week → 1 day \| Grievance tickets: 12K → 6K/month I started in analytics at Zomato and 1mg, so I default to data before opinions\. I care about P&L impact, sharp product reasoning, and building things users actually want\. Currently obsessed with: Agentic AI workflows \| 0→1 AI product design \| B2B SaaS Let's connect if you're building something interesting in AI or growth
