I’m an operator who speaks fluent tech — and I’ve learned that combination changes how businesses scale\. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology across India, the US, Europe, and ANZ — often in Chief of Staff roles where ambiguity is high and the playbook doesn’t exist yet\. That’s where I do my best work\. At Captain Fresh, I lead AI, data, and Tech/Data\-M&A\. On the tech side, I’ve built and owned data infrastructure, ERP systems, and AI\-powered pipelines that underpin how the business operates\. I don’t just define strategy — I stay close to architecture and product to ensure what gets built actually works and creates leverage\. On the M&A side, I lead the full lifecycle — from deal screening and tech due diligence to post\-acquisition integration\. I’ve led five multi\-million dollar acquisitions across the US and Europe \(>$1B cumulative deal value\), helping Captain Fresh become the first Indian seafood company to enter these markets\. My edge is understanding not just financials, but the technology stack, data maturity, and operational realities — and then owning integration end to end\. Previously, I helped scale Ola across 150\+ cities and three geographies, built More Retail’s e\-commerce business from zero to $150K/day, and led central analytics teams that turned complex data into commercial decisions\. I’m drawn to high\-stakes environments where clarity, systems thinking, and execution matter most\. My philosophy: don’t reinvent the wheel — optimize it for the use case\.

Chief of Staff at More Retail Private Limited, Jan 2021 \- May 2022 · 1 yr 5 mos, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, ◆ More Retail was a blank canvas — and I led Analytics & Strategy for the Buying & Merchandising team, building the data foundation that informed every pricing and assortment decision across the business\. ◆ Built and launched the e\-commerce platform from scratch — engineering a multi\-channel ordering system, integrating it with existing tech and operational infrastructure, and scaling it across 900 stores in India\.
