Information on public profiles is supplied by members and should be attributed to the relevant profile. ## Who Tal is for ### Talent Tal is relevant to engineers, product managers, designers, operators, and other startup or product-company builders who want to discover people and career opportunities through direct professional conversations. ### Bosses Tal Boss is relevant to startup founders, engineering leaders, product leaders, hiring managers, and other team builders who want to meet potential candidates directly. In Tal's product language, a "boss" means a person building or hiring for a team.
